Vision EQXX, which attracts attention with its high range, will be able to travel 1000 kilometers on a single charge. Mercedes-Benz’s new electric vehicle model will thus have the title of the vehicle with the longest range.
The company claims it bases its range estimates on a simulation of real-life traffic conditions and consumes more than 10 kWh per 100 kilometers or more than 9 kilometers per kWh. When this information is translated into fossil fuel consumption terms, it equates to around 1 liter of gasoline per 100 kilometers.
Mercedes states that 10kWh is equivalent to using a tumble dryer or air conditioner for three hours, or watching 50 hours of television on a 50-inch LED screen.
While the range of electric vehicles on the market is between 300-400 kilometers, some older models have a range less than this amount. Vision EQXX, which has a sporty and futuristic design, has a very stylish appearance. It was announced that the electric vehicle weight 1750 kilograms.

According to Mercedes, solar cells can add up to 25 km of range on long-distance journeys in ideal conditions.
